The UAWCC Library is Now On Google Books

That’s right, now you can search the entire Women’s Centre collection by title, author, description or anything else you can think of from the comfort of your own home! Simply surf over to our Google Books library and browse away.

Unfortunately, the search feature is a little buggy, and refuses to acknowledge books for which no preview is available. I’ve alerted Google, and they say they’re working on it. The collection is necessarily incomplete, as we can’t add books from publishers who don’t have an agreement with Google. Likewise, zines and the like are not included. If you’ve got a specific volume that you’re wondering about, you can leave a comment here, drop us a line at uawcc@ualberta.ca, or come in and have a look.

The Library page will be continually updated as our collection expands, so stay tuned! Google has been kind enough to add an RSS feed to the Library page, so you compulsive readers out there will be alerted as soon as the Women’s Centre gets a fresh book.
